Place chocolate chips and frosting into a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
Divide the frosting between three bowls, add red food coloring to one and blue to another. Place each frosting into a baking dish, and swirl with a knife. Freeze for at least 20 minutes, until it is completely set. Cut into squares.
