Red Velvet Cake Mix Butterscotch Cookie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box red velvet cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup butterscotch baking chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the butterscotch baking chips.
  2. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
