Instructions
Place potatoes into a large saucpan over medium heat. Cover with water. Bring to a boil, simmer until fork tender. Drain and place into a large bowl.
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ranch dressing, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
Mix potatoes with eggs, onion, celery, and mayonnaise mixture. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
