Pumpkin Peanut Butter Balls

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • orange food coloring
  • pretzels
  • green M&Ms

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter and powdered sugar until combined. Roll the mixture into balls and set onto a plate. Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in the food coloring. Coat each peanut butter ball in the mixture and set onto a plate. Decorate with pretzels and M&Ms. Let sit until it is completely set.
