Pudding Mix Sugar Cookie Cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ( 3 oz.) box vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspooon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, pudding mix, salt, and baking soda together. In a large bowl, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
