Pineapple Cake Mix Snickerdoodle Cookie Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box pineapple cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Mix sugar and cinnamon together.
  • Press the cookie dough into a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Top with the cinnamon sugar mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes.
