Pineapple Cake Mix Oreo Cookie Cups

Ingredients

1 ( 15 oz.) box pineapple cake mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
