  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box pineapple cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, combine cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth.
  2. Evenly divide the cookie dough between the prepared paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
