In a large bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese, and crushed candy canes.
Form the mixture into bite-sized balls, and place onto plates. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
Fully coat each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, and set onto plates. Top with more crushed candy canes. Refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set.
