Pepper Jack Irish Soda Bread
Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients until smooth.
- Evenly spread the bread batter into a greased round 9-inch pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes.
