Peanut Butter Snickers Cookie Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini snickers candy bars, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter and both sugars until fluffy.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, and mix until it is fully combined. Fold in the snickers bars.
  • Evenly divide the cookie dough between the prepared muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
