Method
- In a large bowl with a mixer, beat peanut butter with softened butter and both sugars until a thick dough forms.
- Place peanut butter dough onto the pretzels, sandwich with another pretzel. Place onto plates and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place chocolate chips into a microwaveable bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip half of the pretzels into the melted chocolate and place back onto plates. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, until set.
