Peanut Butter Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose four
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add in peanut butter, milk, melted butter and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-low heat. Grease with non-stick cooking spray. Ladle about 1/4 of pancake batter for each pancake on the hot skillet.
  3. Let cook until bubbles start to form, flip and cook until the other side is lightly browned.
