Peanut Butter Pancake Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Add in the peanut butter, milk, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Evenly divide the batter between the paper liners. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
