  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • green food coloring
  • wafer cookies
  • candy eyes

Method
 

  1. Place chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in the food coloring. Coat each cookie in the chocolate mixture and set onto a plate. Decorate with candy eyes and let sit until it is completely set.
