Peanut Butter Monster Eye Fudge Stripe Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- green food coloring
- fudge stripe cookies
- candy eyes
Instructions
- Place chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in food coloring.
- Coat each cookie in the mixture and set onto a plate. Decorate with a candy eye and let sit until it is completely set.
