In a large bowl, combine butter with peanut butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar and mix until it is fully combined.
Roll the peanut butter dough out onto a piece of parchment paper or foil. Cut out hearts using a mini heart shaped cookie cutter. Set them onto plates.
Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
Use a fork to fully coat each peanut butter heart into the melted chocolate. Set onto plates, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
