Peanut Butter Chocolate Covered Ritz Crackers

Ingredients
  

  • Ritz crackers
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave safe bowl, and heat in the microwave until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
  • Using a fork, fully coat each Ritz cracker into the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture. Set onto plates, and refrigerate until the chocolate has fully set.
