Peanut Butter Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers

  • Graham crackers
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter into a microwave safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring well until it is completely melted and smooth.
  • Fully coat each graham cracker into the melted chocolate mixture. Set onto plates, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, until the chocolate has set.
