Peanut Butter Chip Covered Wafer Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 oz. peanut butter baking chips
- cream filled wafer cookies
Instructions
- Place the peanut butter baking chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Fully coat each wafer cookie into the melted peanut butter mixture. Set them onto a large plate, and let sit until it is completely set.
