Peanut Butter Cake Mix St. Patrick's Day Cookie Cups
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- green food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the green food coloring.
- Evenly divide the cookie dough between the paper liners. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
