1 cup butterscotch baking chips
1/4 cup peanut butter
Ritz crackers

Instructions

Place the butterscotch baking chips and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
Fully coat each cracker in the mixture, and set onto a plate. Let sit until it is completely set.
