Parmesan Roasted Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears corn on the cob
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. In a small bowl, combine olive oil with seasonings and parmesan cheese. Brush over each corn on the cob.
  2. Wrap each ear of corn in foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
