Oven-Roasted Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Greek seasoning
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and Greek seasoning. Rub olive oil mixture over each corn on the cob, sprinkle with feta cheese. Place onto a large baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
