Oven-Roasted Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears frozen corn on the cob
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Place each ear of corn on a piece of foil. Pour melted butter over each ear of corn.
  2. Wrap corn in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
