Oven-Roasted Chili Lime Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears corn on the cob
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Brush mixture over each corn on the cob.
  2. Wrap each corn on the cob in foil. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
