Oreo Stuffed Strawberry Cake Mix Funfetti Cookies

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • Oreo cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
