Oreo Stuffed Spice Cake Mix M&M Cookies

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box spice cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup M&Ms
  • Oreo cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the M&Ms. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart.
  • Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough, and cover fully with cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
