Oreo Stuffed S'mores Cake Mix Cookies

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallow bits
  • Oreo cookies

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips, crushed graham crackers, and marshmallow bits.
  2. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each piece of dough. Cover with more cookie dough, covering the Oreo cookies completely. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
