Oreo Stuffed Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box red velvet cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Oreo cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie onto each cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough, covering the Oreo completely. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
