Oreo Stuffed Lemon Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Cookies

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box lemon cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch baking chips
  • Oreo cookies

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and butterscotch baking chips.
  2. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each piece of cookie dough. Cover with more cookie dough.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
