Oreo Stuffed Easter Brownie Mix Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • Oreo cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each piece of dough, and cover with more cookie dough.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
