Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Monster Eye Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • purple food coloring
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
  • Oreo cookies
  • candy eyes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix cake mix with eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring and mix until it is fully purple. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly. Place one Oreo cookie in each cookie dough and roll into balls. Place onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with candy eyes.
