Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Halloween Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Halloween sprinkles
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Oreo cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth. Fold in the sprinkles and chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet. Place one Oreo cookie on each cookie dough, and cover with more cookie dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
