Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Grinch White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- green food coloring
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Oreo cookies
- heart sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil until smooth. Add in the food coloring until it is fully green. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Roll cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly. Place one Oreo in each cookie and roll into balls. Place cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and top each one with a heart sprinkle.
