Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Gingerbread Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box spice cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Oreo cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and molasses until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo on each cookie dough, and cover with more dough. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
