Oreo Stuffed Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 1 ( 15 oz.) box white cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Oreo cookies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie scoop to place cookie dough onto a large ungreased baking sheet at least 2-inches apart. Place one Oreo cookie on each piece of dough. Cover with more cookie dough, fully covering the Oreo cookies. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
