Oreo Peanut Butter Butterscotch S'mores

  • Oreo cookies
  • peanut butter
  • marshmallows
  • butterscotch baking chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Remove the tops of the cookies, and spread them with peanut butter. Place onto a baking sheet.
  2. Top with marshmallows and butterscotch baking chips. Bake for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven, and sandwich with the bottoms of the cookies.
