  • oreo cookies
  • red icing
  • mini marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Remove the tops of the Oreo cookies. Place a small amount of icing on the edge of each cookie. Place marshmallows on the bottom cookie.
  2. Place the top one over the marshmallows, frosting side down.
