Place the flour into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds. In a large bowl, mix butter with sugar until fluffy.
Add in the vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Add in the flour and mix until a thick dough forms. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
Roll the cookie dough into balls, and place onto a plate. Freeze for 20 minutes.
Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
Fully coat each truffle into the melted chocolate, and set back onto plates. Let sit until it is completely set.
