Nutter Butter Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package nutter butter cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the crushed nutter butter cookies and cream cheese until combined. Roll the mixture into balls, and set onto a large plate. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Fully coat each truffle into the melted chocolate. Set them onto a large plate, and let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
