Monster Eye Peanut Butter Stuffed Vanilla Wafers
Ingredients
- vanilla wafer cookies
- peanut butter
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- green food coloring
- candy eyes
Instructions
- Spread peanut butter onto half of the cookies and top with the remaining cookies. Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in the food coloring and coat each cookie. Set onto a plate and decorate with the candy eyes. Let sit until it is completely set.
