Mint White Chocolate Easter Bunny Candy
Ingredients
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
Instructions
- Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in the mint extract. Evenly divide the mixture between a Easter bunny candy mold. Let sit until it is completely set. Remove from the molds.
