Mint White Chocolate Easter Bunny Candy

  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract

Instructions
 

  • Place the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the mint extract. Evenly divide the mixture between a Easter bunny candy mold. Let sit until it is completely set. Remove from the molds.
