Mint Chocolate Marshmallow Clusters
Ingredients
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the mint extract.
- Fold in the marshmallows and drop spoonfuls onto a plate. Let sit until it is completely set.
