Mint Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows

Ingredients

12 oz. chocolate chips
1 teaspoon mint extract
large marshmallows

Instructions

Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth.
Stir in the mint extract. Dip the tops of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, set onto a plate. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
