Mint Chocolate Covered Wafer Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- cream filled wafer cookies
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl, and heat in the microwave until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the mint extract.
- Use a fork to fully coat each wafer cookie into the melted chocolate. Set them onto a large plate. Let sit until the chocolate has fully set.
