Mint Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • graham crackers

Method
 

  1. Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the mint extract.
  2. Break the graham crackers apart into bars. Fully coat each graham cracker into the melted chocolate. Set them onto a large plate. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
