Mint Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • graham crackers

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the mint extract.
  • Break the graham crackers apart into bars. Fully coat each graham cracker into the melted chocolate. Set them onto a large plate. Let sit until the chocolate has completely set.
