Mint Chocolate Covered Fudge Stripe Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ( 12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- fudge stripe cookies
Instructions
- Place chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well until it is fully melted and smooth. Stir in the mint extract. Coat each cookie in the mixture.
- Set onto a plate and let sit until it is completely set.
