  • 1 package oreo cookies, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
  • chocolate syrup

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed oreo cookies, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into a round 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Evenly spread ice cream over the Oreo crust. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
