Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 1 package oreo cookies, crushed
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream, softened
- chocolate syrup
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed oreo cookies, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into a round 9-inch pie dish.
- Evenly spread ice cream over the Oreo crust. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
