Mint Chocolate Chip Brookie Ice Cream Cones

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • green food coloring
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ice cream cones

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place ice cream cones onto a large baking sheet. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Add in melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, combine butter with sugar until fluffy. Add in egg and mint extract, and mix until smooth. Add in the flour mixture, mix until it is fully combined.
  • Add in the green food coloring, and mix until it is fully green. Fold in the chocolate chips. Evenly divide the brownie batter between the ice cream cones.
  • Evenly place the cookie dough over the brownie batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
